Yes where the state allows it. The free Athlete Card works in all 50 states; NIL deals unlock per state, and a parent co-signs every deal for athletes under 18.
College deals are checked against NCAA and state rules before anything is signed, and deals of $600+ are reported to NIL Go automatically.
The Card is free. Brands pay a flat 15% on top of each deal; a 4% fee applies when you withdraw to your bank.
