Under the PIAA policy, repeat NIL violations cost a player eligibility — escalating to a permanent loss. So the guardrails aren't a checkbox at the end. They're the shape of the product.

No school marks

No school name, logo, nickname, uniform, or facility may appear in sponsored content. Your Card lists your school the way a recruiting profile does — but a paid post never carries it.

No pay-for-play

Compensation can never be tied to goals, wins, playing time, or staying on a roster. Deals are for posts and appearances, and nothing else.

No school involvement

Coaches, staff, boosters, and alumni may not solicit, arrange, negotiate, or fund a deal. Only a parent can act for their own athlete.

No prohibited categories

Gambling, alcohol, tobacco and vaping, controlled substances, weapons, and adult content are refused for every high school athlete.

Yes. The PIAA adopted an NIL policy in December 2022 that lets Pennsylvania high school athletes earn from endorsements, promotional activity, social media, and appearances. It comes with hard limits — no school marks, no pay-for-play, no involvement from school staff or boosters, and a list of banned industries — and this platform enforces those limits rather than asking you to remember them.
